Responsibilities

sourcing suitable candidates from multiple channels
providing information on talent and the talent landscape
recommendation of project candidates

Requirements

ease of conducting recruitment interviews
experience in recruiting sourcing for IT or technology
in-depth understanding of sourcing channels
practical experience in managing a pool of candidates
using Excel reports to create and maintain candidate documentation
the ability to use tools such as announcements, posts, mailing in order to find suitable candidates
practical experience in using job portals and LinkedIn
